Enquiries, accounts & orders
When you request a quote, we save your name, email, organisation, requested quantity, message and any campaign reference supplied with the form. We use this to answer you, prepare a quote and keep a record of the discussion. An alert containing your enquiry is emailed to our team. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
When you create an account or order, we use your contact and login details, chosen links and profile content, order details, payment status and delivery address to run your account, take payment, produce and deliver your order and provide support. Information you publish on a link page is visible to its visitors.
We use this information to take steps you request before a contract and to fulfil the contract. We also have legitimate interests in responding to general enquiries, preventing abuse, maintaining the service and understanding its use. We retain records needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Visits, links & cookies
TagLink records visits and clicks on hosted pages and tag links. These records can include an IP address, browser information, referring page, time and the page or tag visited. They support service security and usage statistics for account holders.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Browser storage may remember interface preferences. Fonts and icons may load from external providers, which receive connection information such as your IP address. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or form submission.
Links opened from a TagLink may lead to other websites. Their operators are responsible for their own privacy practices. If you give your details to a business using TagLink, that business is responsible for explaining how it uses those details.
Service providers
We share information needed to operate the service with our hosting and technical providers, email delivery provider Postmark, payment providers and delivery carriers. Stripe processes keyring payments; Polar handles subscriptions where offered. Payment providers collect payment credentials through their checkout. TagLink receives order and payment references rather than your full card number.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers must use appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on its purpose: enquiry records support follow-up and agreed work; account data supports the service while your account is in use; order and payment records may need to remain for accounting, disputes and legal obligations after an account closes. Technical records support troubleshooting, security and statistics. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a particular record; we will explain any information we need to retain and why.
Your choices & rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
